Agents often focus on the commission split when deciding to join a real estate company or move to a different estate agency. However, beyond the immediate financial considerations, there are several vital factors that agents need to think about to ensure their long-term success and personal fulfilment.

Driving everyone toward a common goal of creating happy customers while maximising revenue growth for both agents and the company, is not an easy task for a predominantly virtual business model such as CCH. It is always very difficult to define or describe a company’s culture – as it is the element which are often seen as the backbone of any successful company.
