CCH Luxury Property Team Participate In Biggest Overseas Properties Exhibition in Europe in 2016

The CCH Luxury Property Team will be participating in the 3 biggest Property Expos of Overseas Properties in Europe during 2016.

The CCH Luxury Property mandates will also be exhibited between 13 to 14 February at a Luxury Property Exhibition in the Netherlands – another source of existing or potential new swallows, i.e. those buyers who prefer to experience the Western Cape (South African) summer lifestyle during the European winter period.

The devaluation of the Rand during the last year especially has resulted in Western Cape properties becoming very reasonably priced for international investors. Coupled with the high current demand for properties in the tourism industry and for quality farms (both agricultural and lifestyle farms), there is a definite interest that sellers can capitalise on.
