CCH To Participate In The Property Buyer Show at the CTICC in Cape Town between 8 to 9 April 2017
CCH will be marketing our property mandates and developments at the inaugural Western Cape Property Buyer Show to be held at the CTICC between 8 to 9 April 2017.
The innovative exhibition layout is designed to walk buyers through the property buying process – it is literally a one-stop shop which simplify the process. The expo offers a finance zone, a property zone, a first-time buyer seminar theatre and a property investor theatre. The visitor experience will include opportunities to discuss affordability and interact with the lenders, see new developments and agent listings, compare prices, understand rental returns and make decisions about their purchase.
This is the first time such an all-encompassing property exhibition is available in the Western Cape. CCH attended and marketed our mandates at 2 similar expos during 2016 in the United Kingdom (London and Manchester - Places In The Sun) and experienced first-hand how well this formula is working, with property buyers literally coming to the expo from across the whole region due to the ease and time-saving comfort with which buyers can connect with all the role players under one roof.
This expo is also the ideal platform for anyone looking to own and invest in property. The Property Buyer Show is a first of its kind exhibition aimed at residential property buyers who either want to buy their first home or build wealth through their own property investment portfolio.
CCH member agents from across the Western Cape will be available from 09h00 to 17h00 to answer any question property buyers might have about the different types of property available in the areas they work – from the West Coast (Jacobsbaai, Langebaan, Saldanha, Paternoster and Vredenburg) across the Cape Winelands (Paarl and Stellenbosch) and the Cape Town Northern Suburbs (e.g. Kuils River, Bellville, Brackenfell, Durbanville and Eerste River) up to the Helderberg area (Somerset West, Strand and Gordons Bay) and the Whale Coast (Bettys Bay).
The CCH stand is located right next to STBB - one of the biggest conveyancing firms in the Western Cape, which makes it so much more convenient for our visitors to gain advice on some property law questions you may have.
This expo gives property sellers in the Western Cape the ideal change to get their properties in front of an expected 2 500 property buyers. Contact one of our local member estate agents as soon as possible to arrange for your property to be included into the selected properties on display at the expo.
